Westfield Indians Baseball Club

is an independent baseball organization that is committed to helping men reach their potential in a variety of areas, not just baseball. We compete solely on a travel baseball level.

We feel that this type of travel program allows the players the opportunity to compete in America's greatest sport at a much higher level than they could get through a recreational program. However, our goal is not to develop a program that pushes kids beyond their abilities toward a "win at all costs" attitude. Rather, we stress the development of good fundamental skills and the importance of being prepared. We certainly want to compete in all contests, but this is and always will be balanced with the need to perform at our individual bests within the team concept. Additionally, our desire is for the players to always give a complete effort, not just for individual accolades, but also more importantly for the support and development of the team.
